Pudding

Order for my niece engagement ceremony. She requested for a pudding to be given to her fiancee-any kind of pudding. Since it is a joyous occasion i decided on making this MAMBO PUDDING which is full of colours(the colours of the sponge cakes inside with strawberry,orange, pandan flavours, lychees and red cherries).
